The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan invites you to take part in the competition “Project Offices for the Implementation of Civil Initiatives in the Rural Village”

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan informs that in 2020 the Russian Union of Rural Youth holds a competition to identify teams that can create a project office - a sustainable infrastructure to support and develop civic activism, where young activists will take up their initiatives for rural development. The winners of the competitive selection will receive methodological and organizational support, consulting and administrative support, the possibility of additional training and advanced training.

Participants in the competition can be citizens of the Russian Federation from 18 years old, united in a project team and submitting an application. The team must include at least 2 representatives of NGOs and other associations or organizations. Each team should also have a leader who will coordinate and interact with the organizing committee of the competition during the selection.

The competition takes place in three stages:

Stage 1: until January 19, 2020 - acceptance of applications from project teams for participation in the competitive selection;

Stage 2: until January 31, 2020 - consideration by the Expert Commission of applications for compliance with the requirements for filing applications under the Regulation, an invitation to the third stage;

Stage 3: until February 29, 2020 - evaluation of applications, summing up and determining the winners of the Competitive Selection by the Expert Commission.

Participant Evaluation Criteria:

- Experience in conducting events and implementing projects (programs) in a constituent entity of the Russian Federation aimed at increasing civic activity in rural areas;

- Prospects for the development of a project in the subject of the Russian Federation, the ability to realize the functions of a project (territory relevance, action plan);

- The presence of a system of interaction with partners at the regional and federal level (letters of support, agreements);

- The number of employees and volunteers of the project office;

- The uniqueness of the events, mechanisms and approaches that are planned to be used in the work of the project;

- Planned coverage of the rural population during the work of the project office;

- The area of ​​the existing / proposed premises for the project office, technical specifications and material equipment.

The winners of the competitive selection will be announced at the All-Russian seminar for project teams, which will be held in February 2020 in Moscow. They will receive the necessary support in the creation of the project.

Teams that will pass the third stage of the competitive selection, but will not become winners, will be able to become partners of regional volunteer resource centers and the Russian Union of Rural Youth.
