Marat Zyabbarov announced new appointments to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan
Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov introduced a number of new appointments to the staff of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The first deputy minister of agriculture and food of the Republic of Tatarstan was Nail Zalakov, who previously headed the Executive Committee of the Leninogorsk municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan. Nail Zalakov worked as a specialist and director of agricultural firms, and since 2014 he led the Executive Committee of the Leninogorsk region.
“We assign serious tasks to Nail Zalakov to form regional food resources and develop innovative activities in the agricultural sector,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
The deputy minister in charge of the livestock industry was Lenar Garipov, who previously headed Kasymovsky Dairy Plant LLC and proved to be a good leader. Prior to that, Lenar Nailevich worked as the chief veterinarian and director of JSC Kazan Poultry Farm and a number of other agricultural enterprises, as well as the chief specialist of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The deputy minister will be responsible for intensification and development of livestock, poultry, animal husbandry and fish farming, the introduction of new technologies of breeding.
The pоst of head of the department of science, education and innovative technologies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan was taken by Ruzalina Valiullina. The Minister introduced her as a responsible employee and noted the high level of professionalism during her work in the personnel department.
Also, the director of JSC “RACIN” Denis Samodurov, appointed by order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on October 15, 2019, was introduced to the staff of the department. Until that moment, he worked as a director of KAMP LLC. “The experience in introducing high technologies in agriculture and intensive farming at the European level will be useful to Denis Viktorovich in his new position,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
