News from the fields of the Novosheshminsky district: the rise of the winter swell continues

According to current data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Novosheshminsky district it is necessary to cultivate more than 57 thousand hectares of area, as of October 2, autumn plowing was carried out on 26 thousand hectares, which makes 46% of the area.

Their tractors are clean, well-groomed, there are no smudges of oil or fuel anywhere, and they are all in excellent technical condition, although some of them are ten or more years old.

“This year we are only working in our area,” says Anatoly Popkov. - There are enough applications; on October 1, more than 8 thousand hectares were plowed in the district. They pay at a rate of 700 rubles per 1 hectare of arable land. The farm also pays the fuel and lubricants at the rate of 20 liters per 1 hectare. We plow more than 120 hectares daily.”

“The quality of the fallow is good, I am very thankful to guys,” notes the head of the farm Rustem Iskhakov.

The timely autumnal treatment shows its effectiveness, contributing to the accumulation of autumn rainfall and spring melt water. In addition, this is an important agricultural technique in the fight against weeds and diseases. Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan recommends completing the rise of the fallow till October 20.
