Flattened grain preservation is an effective method of preparing high-quality feed.

According to this principle, 800 tons of flattened barley grain have already been harvested at the enterprises of the Agroinvest management company of the Nurlatsky district. This KFH Suleymanov A.I. and LLC AF “Yuzhny”, 400 tons each. In the near future, harvesting will also begin in Mamadyshsky and Apastovsky districts.

At present, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, there are 26 wet grains of the MURSKA grains in the republic’s farms.

The positive side of such a blank is that it allows you to avoid the various operations required by the traditional method of grain processing: drying, crushing and others. This method also contributes to the early harvesting of grain, which is often caused by bad weather and the desire of business executives to concentrate all their forces with a constant shortage of technical means and labor on more important tasks: harvesting seed grain and harvest. At the same time, the feed produced in this way is distinguished by its high nutritional value and persistence.

Among the advantages of canned flattened grain: readiness for feeding, canned flattened grain is not dusty, well eaten and digested by animals, improves the quality of milk and meat, increases milk yield and weight gain.

The economic effect of grain grinding is noticeable with energy saving during drying. In addition, operating costs are reduced. The flattening mill spends only ¼ of the energy consumed by the crusher. But, of course, the most important advantage in increasing the productivity of animals (increasing the production of milk, protein, fat, meat).
