The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan pays great attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the countryside. Today, in every district there are people who have opened their businesses in the countryside, farmers and young entrepreneurs. One of these is the Martemyanov family from the village of Verkhnye Pinyachi in the Zainsky district of Tatarstan, who opened their own chicken farm.

In Upper Pinyachi there are several bends setting the signs "Poultry Farm", leading to the peasant farm of Arthur Martemyanov. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail so that suppliers of chicks and wholesalers do not get lost searching for the chicken farm. A new facility is being built at the entrance - a closed desbary - a building designed for disinfecting vehicles entering the territory.

The head of the farm is a young man in ordinary working clothes, very open and simple in communication, Arthur Martemyanov.

“In 2016, when we acquired a land plot of seven hectares, everything was abandoned here - general cleaning and investments were required. The foundation and walls were sturdy, only the roof needed to be brought to mind - they replaced the wooden beams, warmed them with mineral wool, and blocked them with professional flooring.

Then it was equipped with automatic drinkers of Russian production and a diesel fan heater from the Italian manufacturer. The first building was made in 2016, the second one - in 2018. In addition to the buildings, there is a granary on the territory that does not require additional repair. The storage area is one thousand square meters, and its capacity is more than 700 tons.

In 2017 he began to grow poultry in the Upper Pinyachi and Kalinino. Chicks laying hens and broilers are ordered from Udmurtia, and ducks are from Orenburg. In 2018, the Martemyanovs received a grant of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 1.5 million rubles to purchase 42 thousand hens. Now the Martemianov family holds 73 thousand chickens, 130 thousand ducks and 45 thousand broilers.

“Before settling day-old chicks in the buildings they are cleaned and disinfected. After whitewashing, the floor (with it the air) is heated from 30 to 32 degrees, after it is filled with sawdust. Further, feed is poured into the “troughs”, which, up to three tons, is spent on just one building per day. Water is fed to the birds using an automatic drinker. Daily water temperature drops, in the last days it reaches plus 10 degrees - for broilers and plus 16 - for laying hens and ducks. Vaccination is carried out according to the schedule v. At the exit, the weight of chickens reaches - from 1.3 to 1.4 kilograms (the cost of one head is from 180 to 200 rubles), ducks from 800 grams to kilograms (from 120 to 130 rubles), broilers - up to 2 kilograms (from 190 up to 200 rubles), ”says the farmer.

The live weight bird is sold to wholesalers of Tatarstan, Moscow, Moscow region, Udmurtia, Volgograd. Almost always the clientele is the same, as the supplier is proven.

Martemyanov is sure about the quality of his products. “On my table and for my family, there is the same thing. Products - environmentally friendly. No harmful additives, ”says Arthur Martemyanov.

In parallel with his farm, Arthur and his brother Marcel develop the poultry farm in the grandfather's village - there are three buildings.

The family helps to keep the household - father, mother, brother, spouse and one year old daughter - these are the people who give Arthur Martemyanov power. Pope Michael has “golden” hands, he can do everything - he will cover the roof, he will repair the tractor and machinery, he will understand problems, for example, with an automatic watering device, feed the chicks, monitor the temperature in the buildings. Chulpan is veterinarian. If others do not notice, then her sharp-sighted eye sees a weak or limping duck, then she takes measures: she finds out the causes and she heals. Arthur and spouse Indira help them. She works as a cashier on the farm and keeps records. I spent all my free time on the farm until my daughter was born. If some children are afraid of birds and cry, then the daughter rules the whole duck and chicken flock, and some will caress. She is her father's pride, and perhaps, if she wants - the future of the farm.

According to the owner of the farm, he was lucky -  surrounded by reliable people. Wife Indira - a girl who lived in the city, but comes from the village, helps him. She always supports her spouse: “If he said that we’ll get a tractor for wedding money, then we did just that.”
