Marat Akhmetov met with the delegation of the Kingdom of Denmark

Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov met with the agro-industrial delegation  of Denmark led by Minister Counselor for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Esben Schiodt. The meeting took place in the Palace of farmers. First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolay Titov, Deputy Ministers Nazip Hazipov and Talgat Tagirzyanov, Head of the State Committee "State Agricultural Institute of Animal Breeding in Animal Husbandry of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan" Rishat Zaripov, General Director of RATSIN Askhat Sharapov and others took part in it.

The meeting was opened by the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov. “We are very glad to see you here in Tatarstan,” he noted. The minister said that Tatarstan pays special attention to the most innovative ways of developing the agro-industrial complex. “Over the past 15 years we have gone through a very significant path of modernization, adopting European experience,” Marat Akhmetov said. - But the republic still has potential for growth. We are planning to develop beef cattle breeding, and we are ready to consider projects for the deep processing of grain and potato processing. ”

Representing the delegation of the Kingdom of Denmark, Esben Schiodt noted that today representatives of 9 companies willing to cooperate arrived in Tatarstan. The delegation’s visit was responding after a recent visit to the Kingdom of Denmark by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.

Representatives of Danish companies, in turn, presented in detail their directions for possible cooperation in the field of genetic solutions for animal husbandry, equipment for agricultural complexes and elevators, microclimate systems, ventilation and heating of farms, as well as technologies for processing wheat, secondary raw materials of pig farms, etc.

After that, the meeting participants discussed the possibilities of further cooperation. The delegation also visited the Ak Bars Holding Company and Krasny Vostok Agro JSC.

In addition, the program of the visit on June 20 includes a meeting with the management of the Agrosila company and an inspection of the objects of the AIC Prodprogramma in the Mamadyshsky district and OOO Phoenix in the Tukayevsky district of Tatarstan.
