Labor people: Entrepreneur with a golden heart from Agryz region
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan pays great attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the countryside. Today, in every district there are people who have opened their own business and successfully developed it. One of them is Ismagilov Ramil Salikhovich from Agryz district. Being disabled, he himself employed 16 villagers, cultivates 630 hectares of land, holds 130 heads of cattle.
Recently he finished repairing a farm, calf house, built a warehouse and a house for livestock breeders to the amount of 1 million rubles. At the same time he is engaged in wood processing, 1300 cubic meters of wood is recycled annually.
Agryz businessman Ramil Ismagilov has a truly enviable diligence and foresight. When many healthy people complain about their lack of work, Ramil, who moves in a wheelchair, takes on all new activities: restores abandoned farms, helps villagers.
The entrepreneur does not like to talk about himself, but the villagers tell. “All conditions are created for work. Hay and straw are fed by hand, water runs through the pipes. In a separate room there is a feed room. Here we prepare oats and barley. You can take a breath after work in the rest room, ”says Olga Kolbina, who works on Ismagilov’s farm.
Ramil Ismagilov really appreciates everyone who works with him, and tries not only to provide the decent working conditions, but also helps in difficult moments. For example, he found an opportunity to provide them with free grain. “After all, everyone has a personal farm. We can provide food for their cattle as well, ”says Ramil Ismagilov.
“When we started working,” recalls the farmer, “we only had one tractor, and today the number of vehicles has increased significantly: 4 tractors, 2 KamAZ, 1 combine harvester. I am grateful to the district administration and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan for assistance in purchasing a baler for hay.
Ramil Salikhovich also plans to do beekeeping. There is no doubt that his diligence and energy will help to turn all plans in life.
