All-Russia session on concessional lending in the sphere of AIC

First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Djambulat Khautov held a videoconferencing session on concessional lending of 5% for AIC in 2018. The session took place in the Ministry of Agriculture.

Tatarstan authorized banks and ministers took part in the session. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov reported on concessional lending in 2017.

Gjambulat Khautov noted that since 2018 the register of loan-subscribers form authorized banks will be accepted by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation only after acceptance by the regional ministry of agriculture. He also said that it was important to resume work at headquarters of concessional lending and to conduct daily monitoring, so that only agricultural producers having the need for easy-term loans could get ones. He added that the regions should set the loan limit per 1 ha.

Easy-term loans are in high demand among village people and it is necessary to start drawing up applications into banks for timely receipt of credits.
