Last year 200 geese were bred at the personal subsidiary plot of Alsu and Airat Gaifullins from the village of Kargopol in Alkeevo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. “One-day old and grown-up goslings were purchased at the end of May. We bought special compound feed and different vitamins for them to become stronger and not to get ill, - said Alsu. – Our son Almir also helped us – he was pasturing goslings for the whole summer”.

The owners of the personal subsidiary plot bred a lot of poultry in 2016, too, and purchased 10 bull-calves at the proceeds. “The demand for geese is high. We receive orders in advance, poultry is taken right away from our house. Goose down is also in demand, - noted Airat. – Kargopol is a convenient village for living. Here are excellent roads, and people are hardworking, that is why they are quite wealthy. We like living here very much. We also have some time for rest and often visit Kazan”.
